He is also known for the care that he shows his staff. Allen says that his favorite part of being a part of Infinity is continuing to see each of his team members grow, and helping his community.
Serving as an experienced Service Professional, and with more than 15 years of experience in the HVAC industry, Mike is well known for his wealth of knowledge and professionalism. Mike makes an effort, on every single job, to be thorough in his work, provide knowledge to help the customer, and shows a level of kindness and care that is difficult to find in any industry. He says that his favorite part of his job here at Infinity is the people that he works with, and how they care for one another both inside and outside of work.
Serving as our Office Admin and Customer Service Specialist, and with more than 15 years of experience in the customer service industry, Molli is a great representation of the quality of service that you will experience from the phone call, to the time the job is completed. Molli is known for her kind voice and positive demeanor she displays while handling each and every customer’s needs. Molli says that one reason why she loves her job here at Infinity is because she can help the community and build relationships with the people in that community, also.
Serving as an Infinity Service Professional, and with nearly 5 years of experience in the HVAC industry, Travis is well known for his knowledge of equipment, and his love for his job. Travis strives to get the job done right, and in a timely manner, while also showing the upmost respect for each customer and their home. He says that his favorite part of working here at Infinity is the family-like bond that our team shares.
Serving as an Installer and a Service Technician, Justin has more than 3 years of experience in the HVAC industry. He is known for his efficiency, his promptness, and his willingness to help the customer in any way possible. Justin has a commitment to getting the job done right the first time, and having a friendly, positive attitude while doing so! Justin says his favorite part of his job is that he works alongside great people who love their jobs, and it shows, and many team members can say the same about him!
Serving as a Service and Install helper, Wyatt is known for his willingness to go above and beyond for every person that he meets. Wyatt will truly take the time to get to know each of his customers, while still getting the job done right, and in a timely manner. With just less than 2 years of experience in the field, he has proven to be not only a hard worker, but also a team player, with a positive attitude. He says that his favorite part of his job is the customer interactions and helping the people in his community when they need it.
