This is a service role in which you will travel to the customer’s home and your focus will be to deliver a professional, positive experience from the time that the customer answers the door, to the time that you leave the home. You will be responsible for completing tasks including, but not limited to, performing maintenance on both heating and cooling equipment, diagnosing issues, performing repairs and service on heating and cooling equipment, and discuss possible recommendations for the customer.

Responsibilities in this Role:

· Arrive on time to appointments, follow all company procedures.

· Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs.

· Uphold values and mission on every job.

· Advise customer on options for maintenance programs, system upgrades, and repairs.

Job Requirements

These are the minimum requirements to be considered for this position.

· At least 1 year of residential HVAC experience

· Valid driver’s licensed, and clear background check

· Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more

· Ability to fulfill your work schedule, as necessary, on time, and efficiently
